/ About the project
This marked Flamingo Estate’s first entry into coffee, roasted entirely in-house at the estate in Los Angeles. From the start, the goal was to treat the product with the same level of intention and reverence as the land it came from.
During concepting, it was clear the packaging needed to feel lasting, collectible, and worthy of ritual. I pitched the idea of a custom aluminum tin designed to be purchased once and refilled through a subscription model. Working closely with a manufacturer, we developed a bespoke vessel that elevated the product experience while reinforcing ideas of reuse, longevity, and craft. Less disposable, more ceremonial.
I oversaw the full art direction for the photo and video shoot, ensuring the visuals reflected the intimacy and care of the roasting process itself. In parallel, I designed all launch marketing assets, building a cohesive system that carried from packaging to campaign.
The result was a coffee launch that felt distinctly Flamingo Estate. Grounded, elevated, and deeply intentional, with packaging that transformed a daily habit into something worth keeping.
